With this course unit, the student searches for an after-formation that in one way or another aims at his/her own growth process as a (future) teacher. As a student in teacher training, you should ideally be up to date with the latest developments in secondary education. This is also clearly the intention within this elective course. The student broadens and/or deepens his knowledge and skills. His personal growth is the starting point. This link is made concrete by formulating specific work points from his (practical) experiences, from internships, from interests, ... as a starting point. The student puts together his own package within the Vormingscentrum Onderwijs Kempen. There is a wide choice from many educational themes that help the student in his own educational practice. The student improves his own teaching and learning process. The themes within this 'course unit' can vary and depend on current trends. Through this course unit, the student also works on the attitude of lifelong learning.

Study cost: Not applicable (The information about the study costs as stated here gives an indication and only represents the costs for purchasing new materials. The student follows the sessions of the selected follow-up training. During these learning moments, the student provides an active contribution through group discussions, group work, exercises, work sessions, ... .
