Production Automation (B-TM-Z16358)

Aims
The following learning objectives are tested in OLA CNC:
- Depending on customer requirements, you choose a suitable processing sequence from the available tools and machine and associated tools and machining parameters (speed, feed, input) for turning and milling.
- Based on the wishes of the client, based on the technical drawing, you draw up a program of requirements for a product to be made on a CNC machine.
- You choose the machining sequence and machining parameters for a product to be made, depending on the available tools."
- You set up a CNC program.
- You determine the machining parameters for turning and milling operations.
- You use common working methods in accordance with the code of "good practice".
- You adjust the CNC production process (program, machining parameters) if necessary.
- You check and assess a delivered CNC program, the machining programs and possibly the product.
